Process
A
professional interviewer carefully prescreens all potential security
officers. If they meet the basic job requirements, which include
proper State security license, an extensive background check is
then completed. This check includes contacting the past three
employers, three personal references and an updated criminal background
investigation.
Once the background check is completed, all applicants are tested
in their knowledge of the security field and are evaluated psychologically.
This evaluates applicants in six essential areas:
• Honesty
• Non-violence
• Drug Avoidance
• Emotional Stability
• Safety Consciousness
• Criminal Justice Orientation
The cost of even one hiring mistake can be tremendous
and the use of these screening tools helps eliminate
that possibility.

training and basic requirements.
